all good but not the kind of prodcutive im looking for. im looking for something like volunteering or some crazy camp idea

my parrents pretty much said they want me to do something productive and dont want me just hanging around and chilling with friends this summer and a just a job wouldnt cut it

Then get a real job?  For serious, i've never met a parent that's told their child not to work.  Once you actually start working long hours without any time in between you will cherish doing nothing.

In all seriousness, do something super nerdy like learn a sick program with a near vertical learning curve. That way when summers over, you can show off your work and no one you know will be anywhere close to being able to copy it.

be a camp counselor thats what i do its super easy and fun.  You basically just chill with the other counselors and make a bunch of new friends and you just have to make sure the kids dont do anything too stupid
