same my lowriders broke, 5 pairs of smoking buds broke, my heshs broke and my icons broke too
and they don't give me shit back i've tries to talk to them but they never responed to my emails
I just put my earbuds into an envelope to ship off to skullcandy so I can get a new pair....
for the fifth time.
I'm sure they make a ton of money selling cool headphones to the general public who has no idea that they are really a skiing/snowboarding company. But that general public also probably doesn't know that they will break often and that you can get a new one for free. I'm sure a majority of their customers buy headphones, rock them till they break, then buy another pair for however much they cost. Which equals repeat sales. If anyone was to complain, they can just be like we offer free warrantees. But too many people I'm sure don't bother to check that out.
