do you guys think putting a hose or something to break the surface tension of the water would make landing weird hurt less?

thats not very practical. the hose would have to remain just inder the surface and if you only have one its not gonan do much. ud be better off just throwing a rock orball in right b4 u jump

I think high diving competitions actually use hoses to break surface tension. but those are like 100+ feet jumps.

Off a diving board though my favorite trick is just a huge superman front. i can cork nine double front misty 7 almost dub cork 9. wen i mean almost i mean i landed on my face and chest.

i was about to say this, at pools where they have dive competions they have hoses spraying onto the area near where the diver lands. so yes i think this idea would work. i can do a cork 9.. working on the gainer.

At the pool I go to they have like 4 diff platforms to jump off and two diving boards.  At the very bottom of the pool you can see they have some kind of tubing on the floor and I have collected that its a series of tubes hooked up to an air compressor or w.e. to make bubbles thus making the landing in the water hurt less if you fuck up or w.e.


and for gainers try first on a diving board then hit up the platforms once you get it down if you have access to a pool with platforms....feels maddd steezy droppin a gainer off a platform and imo way better lookin than off a diving board.

For what it's worth those Red Bull cliff diving comps (huge fucking jump spots) always have a tiny little hose spraying the surface of the water. And it sprays from the top not underneath so it would be easy to set up. I'm sure it helps a little.

dub front, and my own concoction: MitkusFlip, which is a misty 5 to sw cork 3, kinda like a sukahara but way more corked rather than straight over your head

Dub front, dub cork (licoln to cork 5) - but I only get it about 1/3 of the time...the rest I rack myself terribly. Superman fronts are the most fun though

ah i love diving boards.

high dive i got double cork 9, 10, and 12 and i can throw in a solid mute to japan on all.

cork 10's and 12's.

cork 7 with like straight legged nose grab i dunno what youd call it.

i dunno those are the tricks i always like doing and just smooth slow cork 5's
