My left ear just got plugged while i was listing to some music at a low sound volume. Now i can not get it unplugged and there is the sound of white noise stuck in it. Its been like this for 20 minutes now. NS plz help me

open your jaw. q-tips

and, there's stuff my friend bought at the store. you put it in your ears and liquifies your earwax (gross, i know... but it does the trick)

tell me if that doesn't work

take a sudafed. if you plug your nose and blow out do it gently bc you could rupture your eardrum.

Ok, i got my ear unplugged but now i can hear everything but i can hear white noise in the bacnground. It will be ok by tomorrow morning thanks for the tips 10/10 for all who helped (all of u)
