Help with skullcandy... +++K

hey guys just got my audio pack in the mail, if any of you guys can help it would be so appreciated..

it will not work

the ipod hooks up and the  controls work, but no sound out of the speakers.. any help is wanted

oh. and keep hounding them until they figure out how to fix the problem. people always bitch about skullcandy's customer support... but it's half the employee, and half you. i had a warranty issue, and i emailed them a couple of times, and my headphones appeared on my doorstep within a week.

so keep at it. i'm sure you'll get shit done

call customer support or if your a do it yourselfer, check the wire connections, cause something might have come undone
