Any way to prevent dead grass?

After a week of using my setup daily, I have started to kill a good section of the grass. I don't want to get shit-kicked for fucking up my lawn, so how can I help it?

It was only ruined at, and before the landing area (where I'd fall or land). The whole landing area is covered in turf, so maybe that's the reason.

Is snow-fence known to be better for the landing/not killing grass?I stole about 40 feet of it, so I've got enough to make a landing.

if you are using turf and dont want to kill the grass then you have to put it away each time you use it.  i have snow fence on my landing area and it is a lot easier on the grass than turf because it does not completely suffocate it.

if youre using a big wood drop in ramp type structure than maybe make sure that only the necessary beams are touching the ground.

other than that, it seems most sensible to just be able to move your setup out of the way each time if its small enough

My setup isn't small enough to move, and it's in a location I like.
I take the astro-turf off every time I'm done with it.
The grass isn't dead underneath the dropin, that part's fine.
It's just where I land on the turf or the grass.
I'll just try out snowfence for a while.

ya snowfence will be fine, astroturf kills the grass quick but i mean its not hard to move the piece of turf after every sesh.

somehow glue the turf to the ground and tell you parents it is your real grass

my friends yard is all dirt now but he convinced his parents they can do whatever they want with the lawn when he goes to college.
