4chan is a retarded message board that has a ridiculous amount of people on it, but everyone's post is just labeled "anonymous". usually when someone talks about 4chan theyre talking about /b/, which is the "random" board (like NSG but way worse). anyway users of it think theyre part of some elite subculture or some shit, but its actually just really, really gay. most of the recurring or inside jokes ("memes") you see on the internet, including on this board, probably originated on 4chan.
