Kid in my science class punched a chick in the face

so like the title says this kid and a chick are argueing about sumthin during my fourth period  class hes callin her  bitch and shit like that then boom lays her out over a table wit a punch to the jaw. my science teech and me tackled the little fuck and now hes in jail.

assault is a felony... the fact that the person who is hit is a girl does NOT make it an automatic felony. to simply state that "hitting a girl is a felony" is incorrect. there are circumstances when hitting a girl would be perfectly legal (hell, killing a person is legal under the right circumstances)... it's all about the circumstances.

yeah... I've seen threads where he argued with other people.

but yeah I kinda understand that if a girl hits you first then okay maybe hit her back, but wouldn't it be best to try to stop her (without hitting her)? I mean guys are meant to be physically stronger then girls, and guys shouldn't use that as an advantage against girls by hitting them back.... But since I don't go around punching guys I've never really been hit. A guy hit a girl in our school in pe one day, and then a fight broke out, he got his ass busted, but once again he did it without purpose... this is stupid.

i would never let a girl hit me. woman are weak, and therefore, with a little amount of training, any assault by one can be easily averted.

so i would never hit a girl back, if she hit me, because she would be on the floor before she got a swing in.
