Whats the best flip to start with?

Back, Front, Lincoln, or Ganger? Ive tried them all on a trampoline and the front feels most natrual but everyone I asks says to go with the back first.

exactly how i learned them off rollers, i started out just kinda fucking around with my hands so i could learn how to pop with my skis into them and then just took away the hand plant shit and was golden.

Fronts were first because I thought they would be easier/safer. Backs into a soft landing to begin with. As everyone says, get your rotation right on a tramp, then commit..

ive only tried fronts, and as with the ppl above me, i started with doing front handspins off little rollers

if you can do tamedogs then you can do a front off a jump.

Two words: Steep & Deep, best place to stomp your first front,underrotation is no biggy because youre landing on a steep face so you have a goof chance of riding away with a bad execution+ deep powpow , well thats pretty clear why you do it in pow.......

Its all up to you everyone learns differently... if you feel fronts are easier then go with a front. if u believe backs are.. go with a back. Doing it off a jump a back will naturally easier since the lip will already have you headin in the right direction..

Depends on the jump, but a front is something you can do in the backcountry quite easily and take into the park.

man, i've come to the realization that you really only get a couple of those epic powder days every year. its better just to man up and try shit off a jump.

just find a jump your really comfortable on, not too small but definately not big, like a 15 foot table, then just have your buddies there, be like yo ima try this shit, and they'll be all like yaaay zomg! come on do it dan! (you just seem like your name would be dan) and then you'll be like im stoked, my friends are stoked EVERYBODY'S STOKED lets fuckin DO THIS. then you'll go in and eat shit on the in run, everyone will laugh at you and you'll quit skiing.

Backflips are the easiest trick out there, or at least even in difficulty with 180s.

Frontflips are tougher to land because you are blind the whole way unless you have the balls to superman the first one.

The first and only flip  have stomped so far is a backflip. They are easy, I got mine stomped on the 4th try. Just commit.
