Sec. of State hours..

Alright, so i may be venting but i also have some questions...
So--Im super eager to get my license, im 16, and all i have to do is take my drivers test....
I was scheduled to do it on Saturday Morning, at 9, and then go in and get my license, but,,, i realized..Is the Sec. of state even open on Sat?
and then to top it off, its memorial day, monday, and im guessing they are closed then...
its like Dumont and the qp record, its slipping away, but its gonn happen i know it!

You do realize it's the government's job to be incompetent. If you think they might be closed, they're closed. They're closed holidays, the days immediately before and after holidays, weekends, sunny days, pow days, rainy days, and days with no wind. Also, they work 4 hour days from 10AM-11AM and 1PM-4PM.
