alright, ive been making this slideshow of pictures of a kid im friends with for the past week. today in class i take my phone out and texted my mom, before i finish he comes up and whips my phone on the ground because he thought i was talking a pic of him, the slideshow was partially his idea, im a pretty relaxed person but at this time i wanted to kill this kid, the problem is i have 11 days of school left and if i touch him i get a 10 day suspension. if a rat him out (which is gay and i dont want to do) he says he will tell the principle and cop i was cyber bullying him and i will get in more trouble, i told him hes paying for a new phone and he is saying no. so what do i do? i dont have a working phone now, cracked screen and wont stay powered, and i have no money to buy a new one. thanks
sparknotes: kid purposly broke my phone, cant fight him, he wont pay, dont want to rat him out

Tell him to buy you a new phone or you'll take him to small claims court for the price of a new one. Say you dont want to get parents involved, but you will if need be.

did you cyber bully him? if you did your fucked but if you didn't the kid can't just make shit up, police require evidence to convict people of a crime

Well, Have you been cyber bullying him? if not thers no evidence. You have the upperhand and can make him pay for the new phone. If all else fails get his parents involved.
