Dyeing Skullcandy Icons

I have a pair of the Skullcandy Icons in the Met-Red.  Overall, I really like these headphones.  The one thing I really did not like about these headphones is that the foam ear pad is white and it gets absolutely filthy and nasty.  So.... I decided to dye the foam with some RIT dye we had laying around the house.  I used a darker red to hide the dirt and to somewhat go with the red/orange color of the headphones.  Not sure if this had done before... I haven't seen this before but maybe it has been done I don't know.  But here are the final results:









Sorry for the crappy picture quality... I don't have a very nice camera lol and and you can't really tell the color of the foam now but it is "scarlet red" according to the RIT dye bottle.  They are a little lighter color than the picture depicts.
