Who has the worst boss?

Today Im feeling pretty damn disgruntled. My boss is the biggest asshole ever. He bawls me out if I show up a minute past 8, while the guys who suck up to him can show up 15 minutes late and he wont say anything. He talks to me like Im either a tard, a 5 year old, or a dog, and when I call him out on it, he gets super defensive. In the 2.5 years ive been there, over 5 people have quit directly because of my shitty ass boss, and the deuche still has a job!!! At this point im ranting, and yet theres still so much more i could say.. AHHH!

Who else has a jerkoff for a boss? No way Im the only one, and there has to be some good stories out there.

oh my god i know how you feel dude. I've been working at this liquor store for like 4 or 5 years now. My main boss is a really cool old australian lady, she's super laid back. Her husband on the other hand is a straight up doucher. He feels the need to talk down to me like I have no idea what I'm doing. I've been working there longer than he's been married to my boss. He's extremely hypocritical in everything he does. Plus, his breath is so fucking rancid that I have to turn my back to him in order to breathe.

There's been countless times I've wanted to tell this guy how much of a dickhead he is too all of his employees. I find it funny that his name is Dick Dickerson though, cause it fits him very well.

I hear you man, but when there is pretty much no other option out there if you screw it up, I would be very careful about how you handle it. I know a lot of bosses can be absolute tools, and it def sucks balls to get shit on on a daily basis, but the most I could say would be just weather the storm. Or, shoot up your office....hahahhahah, ughh, don't do that, please, they will trace it back to me in this forum.

Hmmmm.... shoot up the office.. thats a great idea!! haha yeah, thats what im trying to avoid at this point, but maybe in a few more years. (joking, in case my boss is a skiier by some chance with a NS account)haha
