So I got 15 days of suspension

Back in january, I hatched a scheme with a few friends to make a beautiful, vodka concoction of the fruitiest fruit juice ever. In it was diced rasberries, fruit juices of all sorts, gateraid mix, everything a man could dream of. I had brought some to school, to give to friends. And here is where i made the retarded mistake.

My friend brings over some girls. They say, "We heard you have some shit." I was like, "Why yes."
They gave me money. I gave them juice.

Then winter formal happened. I had a great time. The girls didn't. They drank my stuff, were unsatisfied, polished off another whole bottle of vodka, and go to the dance. Predictably, one of them passes out and barfs all over the dance floor. Not in that order.

A couple weeks later I get a phone call. The police want to interview me in relation to the one girls issue during winter formal. The girl got 5 days of suspension for being drunk at a school dance, and was assigned counseling. But her parents were pissed, her parents wanted to find the culprits who supplied her daughter. The kid who gave her the other bottle was caught, and received no consequences. I retained the right to a lawyer, and didn't get interviewed.

Then, in late april, I get a phone call from the principal, saying a second person came forward from the group and attested to my vending of sweet nectars, and I was thus immediately suspended until further notice. FUCK.

I get assigned a superintendent hearing. Of course our douchebag SI didn't show, so the meeting was recorded, and despite the fact I seriously impressed the hearing officer with my wit and charm, I was cast down with a total 15 day suspension by the school. FUCK.

I spend 15 whole school days in a suspension center. Sitting. In. A. Desk. FUCK.

I got assigned alcohol counseling. I was given the assignments of writing a paper on alcohol and stuffing letters to be sent out by the school for 5 hours. FUCK.

FUCK. Moral of the story, NEVER sell shit to dumb ass girls, NEVER bring naughty shit into school. Lesson goddamn learned.

Eh, i think you got the moral of the story half right. Sell shit to girls for the right price (not money.. ;-)  ) and NNNNEEEEVVVEEERRRR bring that shit into school. It never ends up well. I've had friends get busted for brownies, and pure vodka disguised as water. The teacher walked by his desk and could smell that shit all over him. fucking idiot.

so this year i basically said fuck you to some teachers and they suspended me for the YEAR. deal with it. 15 days is fine its like being on vacation anyways its real nice. superintendents hearing are bullshit i had a laywer to doesnt do shit the school is a bunch of fuck faces

sucks though. its sounds like bullshit. It sounds like she didnt drink much of yours and polished off the bottle off the other bottle. Clearly she didn't have the self control to hold her shit down. She only got 5 days. You just gave her a little to drink. I think you should get 3 days max.

Well one was technically assault with a deadly weapon but it was really just a practical joke that went wrong and got someone slightly caught on fire.

And then one was just a combination of not showing up, not doing anything, sneaking off campus basically every day, breaking into community pools around the area while on lunch break, being in possession of like 6 school ID's that all said I had a different open period (had a girl that worked for the school in the multimedia lab), and straight up tellng the principle I didn't park in the school lot because I had lots of weed in my car and I didn't want to give them legal rights to search it. 

But it was dope because out here we have a school for people who are banned from the disrict, where you go 3 hours a day, no homework, can smoke around campus, everybody there blazes, and the teachers warn you the day before if cops do a drug dog search.  Got sent there and graduated 3 months early with a scholastic achievment award that ment I was top 20 in the school or some bullshit.

All in all, if your going to have to go to community college anyway because of money or whatever reason, it is totally worth not giving a flyng fuck at all in highschool.

Nah man.  In high school you technically have no rights.  They can honestly do whatever they want if its in the interest of the 'safety' of the school/students.  It's some sorta bullllshit.  Oh well, sucks man.

I don't know what it's like in other states, but in new york the schools have a right called loco parentis. It means they act as our parents/guardians, and thus many of our constitutional rights can be crossed by them. All heresay is considered evidence. It's bullshit.

The other kid got off because he graduated last year, and the police gave him a warning.

-your first mistake was making such a gay drink
-your second mistake was bringing it to school
-your third mistake was telling people about it (even if they are your friends)
-and your fourth mistake was selling it to dumb girls



also dude, that fucking blows, the only time i mess around with being under the influence at school is when i wake-n-bake.. even then i make sure i bring none with me to school. terrible risk.
