Pokerstars raped me

Yah , thats pretty much it, i was playing pookerstars before and i was making  a bit of money( got up to 500 starting from 5 bucks) So one time I go back and log on , but it doesnt work, so i contact them and they tell me there was an error and that I need to send ID for me to be able to play again, promblem is I'm not 18+ so I can't send them my cards, anybody know any solution for me to get my money back.

just be happy you started with only 5 bucks and leave it at that. it's not your money if you won it illegally.

get someone who is 18+ to do it for you. if your mom or dad knows just have them tell pokerstars its your money. or wait till your 18.  i use Full Tilt Poker but that doesnt affect your situation. i just like it better.

one of my friends was playin in a casino under 18 and won 21 g's. couldnt claim cuz he got caught by another kids mom cuz he was tryin to use said kids ID and social security. he mgiht still get ID theft charges.

Yah but, the owner of the account is Alex Bellemare and all my info. But I don't know any body who lives at the same place I live and have the same name I have and everything. That was my mistake, when I created my account, I should have wrote my dad's info, not  mine. But oh well ,thanks
