What the fuck? everyone else still shops around bc.com all year, right? not just me? why is it dead there? i constantly have questions but they dont have anyone workin the live chats. i really wanna talk to someone and figure something out (im looking for a backpack to go across europe) but i cant talk to anyone. and i hate using the email or talking on the phone...

the bc.com gear experts are always awesome when they're skiers, sometimes you get people who clearly just read the product info on the site but i've gotten into like 45 minute long convos with some of those guys about skiing and it always ends in them giving me a discount code

If you want a skier most on there are skiers...if you can tell they aren't you can always ask for Josh..I am not always there, but I am there alot.
