I've pm'd them, called them, messaged them on facebook, and emailed them and have gotten responses from all of the above ways of communication.  They have really stepped up their customer service recently and I haven't had a problem. 

 So to SAM... why hate on a company you have never dealt with???(i know sam personally)  I know you've never contacted saga yourself.  They've helped me out numerous times finding certain items. 


thread creator... just try calling and leaving messages, pm them here on ns, and email them.  You're bound to get in contact with them in at least one of these ways.

yah saga is super legit they went way out of the way to hook me up with the jacket i wanted.... yah pm saga and they normally tell u someones email to get back to you quick

yer i have tried calling them. ill should pm them also. do you know if they close over the summer? because im from australia and our season is just starting and that would suck.

no they dont close, but im sure they are pretty busy getting 09-010 shit in order. not that that is an excuse for them not to call you back. if i remember right in one of the long saga threads they posted a number to one of their personal cell phones incase none of the other contacts worked, try looking at old saga threads.

Ive emailed them before and they have gotten back to me. Them missing your order was probobly an accident. Call them again (make sure the hours are like eve, since you live out of country you many have to stay up till 3 in the moring to get their business hours) they will definetly send your pants as long as you have your proof of purchase

alright thanks heaps. ill pm them now. its a bit weird becuase the money has been taken out of my credit card. but im sure its just a mistake.
