what he said. You push with your throat. You dont have to inhale to do it either so its possible with cigars. and such.

yeah, exactly, think about it as pushing the smoke out, rather than blowing the smoke out, its easy, go to a hokah bar and try it, or smoke indoors

all the things that have been mentioned are spot on

smoking hookah is good practice, because you get a lot of smoke

the whole method is kind of hard to explain, but with enough practice, you'll be able to kinda figure it out on ur own

you make the first sound of o, say o and cut that very short, youll shoot out a smoke ring. Or just look it up on youtube, Os are always a good thing to learn

its kind of hard to explain, make a circle with your lips and stick your tongue in the middle of it.  Then, with the smoke don't breath it out instead push it lightly with the back of your throat.  Once you do it you'll get it after that

you need to hold your breath. dont exhale at all, you need to keep the smoke in your mouth in order to do it, the smoke cant be in your lungs. just make a ring with your mouth and push with the back of your throat and stick your tongue out a bit. do em really fast and you can do cool shit. i can make smoke come outta my mouth in a spiral now
