Rusted skis?

Hello in the holidays I went skiing and I putted them wet in a bag, then I forget them to dry and now there rusted (the steel sides)...

What do I have tot do to get them clean, or is it impssible?

well as soon as you ski on them the rust will go away but in the mean time you can use 600 grit sandpaper on them

or go to the local shop and steal the edging block from a wax kit. but im not encouriging to steal..just if you're desperate

sand paper is better, it just takes the rust off whereas a file is more extreme
