Dear god i love tax returns.

Last night i was kind of stressing out about how I spent almost all of my spending money for the 2 months I'm not working in 2 weeks... but I got a magical e-mail from my mom this morning saying she had put my tax return in my account and used it to top up my spending money back to what it was, pay off my visa and transfer 250$ into my NZ account so like... 400 something. haha.

Seriously, tax returns are the best.

Also, sorry for this I have absolutely nothing better to do.

yeah that sucks... i had a pay check from instructing that was over 1000$ to start and i ended up only making 750$ of it. lamee.

but surprise money is awesome.

you can consider having a functioning country interest though..

I had to pay the govt 280 last year, looks like I might be set to get 500 this year... yayer!

im taking the $500 i got back into getting meself a HP laptop....  dad is willing to help me pay for half as long as i work this summer and pay him back....

working construction is hard but the paychecks fucking rock.

yes! i was so suprised and so happy when i got mine a little while ago. i totally did not even think i would be getting that so considering it was basically free money i spent all of mine on new armada skis for next season. o im so pumped

ah you work at subway... that sucks it seems like such a shitty job.

in canada teaching i don't make enough to go on mad shopping sprees because i have to run my car and thats expensive.

here i dont have a car and my canadian money is actually worth something so everything is cheaper! works out nicely.

this year i only got back about a quarter of what i paid in income taxes. :( not to mention paying for my grandparents retirement, medicare, and all that jazz.
