Dr NS; I woke to being choked by my own blood

So i woke up this morning choking, i had a mouthful of what i thought was flem, opened the window and spat out a large amount of blood, i stood there for about 5 mins spitting blood, went to the toilet and coughed up a heep more... and now every 3 mins or so am coughing up more still... I havnt had a nose bleed or anything so the bloods not coming from there.... i cant see a doctor because the banks just lost $5000 of mine that i wont be able to get to the bottom of until monday...wtf do i do?

true but could be so many less severe things
such as simple bronchitis or pneumonia if he is coughing it up it is more likely in the lungs also if he is a heavy smoker it is more likely.
liver failure sounds seriouse but you can preety much rule it out by testing urine,go for a piss if it is normal chance its it not liver failure.
but definetly go to doctors i live in the uk so i dont know how much medical care cost but it will be worth it .+vibes

yeah haha thats what i said because when im dieing, the first thing I would do would be check with NS to see if I should go to the hospital or not. But anyway good luck and keep us posted on whats happening

HOSPITAL. bleeding from the mouth is caused my significant trauma to either the lungs or the gastrointestianl lining (mouth-esophagus-stomach) HOSPITAL.

ok he didnt say anything about pissing blood because then he would probably have liver failure, so it must be something else. Hopefully he is being treated right now.

ok heres the dealio... im home, duh

sorry to those who thought i was crazy that i posted on here befor going to the hospital, i just had no idea what was up..yeah im dumb whatever

so i went to the health clinic, and they put me straight to an ER, shoved some things into me, then rang and amulance... ambo took me to the hospital where i was put into isolation (i had been to hospitals in canada and others in nz, so meant i was a danger).... they had me on oxygen and IVs and shit like that... strapped wires and things to my cheast, quiet crazy really....then they ran multiple tests as they had ideas of what was going on... 1st thing they tested was a blood clot in my lungs, which is quiet serious, but also for infections somewhere.... spent 7 hours on a shitty uncomfortable bed, and they came back and said its unlikely theres a clot, and its more just a small infection, and i just have to be monitored.... so im alive and things! I DONT HAVE AIDS either
