Exactly, you are just giving the government an interest free loan. Claim 0 and get the most out of your pay check and just put a portion into an interest earning account.

actually I should clarify that, this past year half my income was self employed. thus the government took off nothing and I got nothing back. My other half was income from busking. as in coins. as in I'm not declaring it.
