what size do you make the Height and Width?  is that a percentage of the original?

i doubt that site will be able to make icons.... unless you make it like 2 frames long

to make an animated one (one thats 6 or more frames), you will most definitely need to optimize the gif, then download a gif animator, where you can control the frame rate, order, etc. if you want more help, pm me. i dont wanna explain to all of ns how to make it, or else every single user will have an animated icon....

just make sure its within the limits of 50x50 pixel size and under 8kb and you are golden
