Well, you shouldn't buy any of them just because they can shoot in HD...At least that's my opinion. I have a D90 and I think that the video function is pretty crappy, you gotta use manual focus all the time (can work as a favour but it can might aswell screw the clip up), you can't lock the exposure during the shot so the clip will change brightness if the lightsource moves/changes, and the whole rolling shutter thing is just stupid. I read and heard that the canons video is much better than the D90s. But you can get pretty good shots if you're serious and have a tripod and are creative.
I prefer nikon myself, The D90 is a amazing camera for stills and the video is better than nothing, but I don't recomend buying it JUST for the video function.
