so I have been wondering what the professional photographers use to shoot big jumps and stuff. like would you be able to use a monolight or all that stuff? any information is welcome

flashes work.
most are using at least one strobe
but than again you're better off with flashes until you can fathom spending the "strobe money"
they're not cheep by any means.

it's all articficial.
My mom is a professional photographer (studio, schools, portrait) and just for seinor headshots she uses 2-3 lights and 2-3 reflectors for lighting.
