thats the problem right there. theres a few good ones and then like 400 bullshit bands. besides, the place is filled with 13 year olds and most of the music there isnt my style anyway

I was like you once, so sure that all this music was amazing and that there couldn't be anything better, but someday you will wake up and realize that every single one of those bands sound exactly the same and there is nothing genuinely unique about that entire genre. You will look back on the days, in my case years, you spent listening to that garbage with disgust and the firm realization that the music industry made you pay for the same cd about 20 times because I hadn't learned how to pirate music yet.

Your music taste will evolve.

Going to the Dead/Alman Bros/Doobie Bros this saturday at the gorge, should be good. Maybe Rock the Bells too.

We just had the Southeast AK Folk Festival which was basically the same thing.  The t-shirts might have even been made out of hemp.
