Exploding wheels, rollerbladers please

aight so ive always had problems with wheels blocking out on me at the worst possible times. ive always had a thing for Heat's wheels, particularly the 58s but im having trouble finding them at my local shops. i dont want a street hard wheel like say the Sean Kelso Genre models, but i dont want something thats so soft it feels like im rolling on man juice.

what wheels have worked for you guys? havent blocked out, havent exploded, and have lasted a long time.

basically i like big, hard wheels.

I'm old school I guess when it comes to the rollerbladin but I've always liked the Senate wheels. Hell if I know if they even make em any more though. Plus they are a little on the smaller side.

hah thats so funny im the same way.  I just took an old set of feinberg wheels off some salomon skates and put them on my razors.  they're 56, but like you, i dont think they're made anymore.

Senate wheels were made by Zeus himself. those things are bombproof. i know friends that have been on them since they got some of the last sets produced by the actual Senate guys back in like 98. i wish i could get a set, but im stuck with buying new product.

yeah, those arent OG Senate wheels. they are the new Target/Sports Authority (formerly known as Gay-rt Sports) version of Senate wheels.

I've been riding heats lately as well, and they've only been lasting a few months. so i'm also looking for a new brand.

I'm thinking about getting some senates cuz they're cheap from pretty much any rollin website. but i here 4x4's are the shit! so i might try those.

i have been riding the eulogy lievanos wheels (58/90) for about two years now.. (not just one set, multiple sets)  but they are the longest lasting and smoothest wheels ive ever ridden.

big and perfect hardness.

never chunk.. never explode... can ride them almost down to the core.

For some reason everythime i skated Heat wheels, the core melted, and chunked

Out of the one ive personally skated (senate,heat,remz,xsjado,mindgame,eulogy,4x4)
The best have to be Eulogy
Last a long time, several types and sizes, and the owner is super nice

i like heat wheels. ive never had a problem with them. if i didnt get heat wheels id get like genres. or 4x4

definitely go with a set of eulogys for your next wheels. they may not be as grippy as genres or undercovers, but they sure as hell dont core and they last super long

strret artists looks like a dope company, but I'll have to haer some reviews before I'd invest in those wheels. they got a sick team though!
