Ski Coach Winter Season

Hey I go to DU and we get 6 weeks of vacation off from late November to early January, and was looking to get a job out here as a ski coach instead of going back to the East Coast. My question is if anyone knows how that job works and do you get employee housing? Thanks

Just go to any of the vail resorts websites and click on employment. I was a instructor this season at Breck. I wouldn't recommend it. You barely get any hours and they go on a priority system so if you get there late in the season you would have almost last priority to other instructors. But at the same time a lot of my friends that were snowboard instructors switched over to instructing skiing and got a lot of work during the hoildays. You might be able to get employee housing that late in the season, but a lot of the people that live in employee housing in Breck, don't even pay rent or aren't even supposed to be living there. They are really chill about that.
