Change the outriggers???

Can anyone explain to me how to change the outriggers of my Oakley Crowbars? I really don't want to break them...

join the crowbar cult for videos and instructions.  besides that, crowbars are very tough, so its hard to break them

pull the bottom of the rigger hard until it pops out, then twist and wiggle the top part out
if you torque the top part too hard it can break but other than that it's pretty difficult to break them

there are notches at the top and bottom. push in the notches and pull out the outriggers.
