The second article was such BS. I've never smoked or gotten high and pot def needs to be legalized. there was something else about that article that was really stupid, but I forget.

A mid-west state (can't remember which one but i found it for an essay) taxes drug dealers for ganja. They have to go to a post office and get stamps for there product so it's taxed. The cannot be followed or prosecuted for doing this. Adds a tax evasion charge if you do get caught dealing elsewhere without stamps.

Hahaha I agree, this was bound to happen when people actually start thinking logically. If anything alchohol is worse than Herb. Of course california is the leading state to try to legalize it, only makes sense since thats where the highest potency and most herb is produced and distributed from. I can't wait till i see the day we can smoke a blunt not just on the ski hill but in a park just chillin.

It's actually around 20 states today have versions of the original Marihuana Stamp Act of 1937. I'm not really sure if the states actually enforce them, or just use the law every once in a while to dick a person over.
But this is a huge issue for people fighting for legalization and right's of marijuana smokers. Basically it's taxation without representation.
