Im going to Florence italy to study abroad this fall semester. I got arrested on a MIC and trespassing but the judge just made me pay 100 bucks instead of the full 500 fine. And he said if i dont get in trouble for a year he'll forgeddaboutit. So for anyone who as studied abroad. How hard is it to get a visa with that still on my record. cus it hasnt been a year yet.
