What Microphone and Headphones?

Alright some I'm getting into a little music recording for fun and need some help choosing a microphone and some headphones. I'm not looking to break the bank but will spend some money on good stuff. I'm using Logic 8 Pro and I'm running a black Macbook if that matters.
