Pro Rollere Bladers = Good Skiers?

I heard like these pro roller bladers went skiing, and on their first day they were landing sevens. anybody else hear of something like this? pretty gnarly if its true

pro bladers = decent park skiers. rollerblading and skiing are similar, so it doesn't take much adjustment to slide some metal or do some aerials. It takes a lot more time to learn how to ski correctly than how to spin.

remember all those skibladers that switched over to skiing back in the deezy and ran shit? yeah, they were rollerbladers.

i cite Iannick, Mike Nick, Mike Wilson, Levinthal as examples.

also, NS had a news bulletin about Shima, Haffey and Morales shredding at Mammoth i think it was?

I think the inline influence is going to be great especially on the grind variations.  There are some cool inline grinds that I always though were possible on skis.

I think rollerblading can be real good for balance on rails and it's a good way to train during summer if you don't have the chance to go on the glacier . I know of lot of pro skier in my generation that wear also rollerblader. It is just a other extrême sport that can give you some good adrenaline rush.

ya i have a friend he was killin rails his first year skiing and he is an amazing rollerblader. he is starting to get a little better on jumps but he is scared of the big kicks.

I had no idea kaya was that good!! skateing is way good for skiing. I personally think it's harder than skiing but thats just me.

Inline is perfect for people who don't have the money to go to summer camp, the time because of jobs, or yards to destroy with backyard parks.  No lift tickets needed and if you did go to a skatepark its no more than like 15 bucks to skate.
