I don't know about skiing, except for a failed attempt in Tee Time, but it's been done on a BMX. (Well, it's actually a spine, more than a pipe, but the video is so sick I'll mention anyway.) Flip at about 15s:

That's what I was thinking. Seems like you'd land on the deck no matter what, unless you could like pop off the wall.

Scott Hibbert has done tons of them, he used to finish his pipe runs with switch front all the time.

If you can switch front off a jump, you can switch front in the pipe. Just pop, but not too hard off the wall, huck n' tuck, and when you see the landing don't open up automatically since you will most likely land way backseat if you do.

i might be wrong cuz i havent seen the movie in a while but i think some guy did it in PBP jibjam at Schweitzer. they had a Qpipe set up in like a barn and i think i remember seeing one. i will watch the vid tonite to see
