well they could be pretty busy at salomon in the freeski division, they just had the jib academy going on, and such. give it time, i remember people having issues with warrenty in the winter when SIA was going on because pretty much everyone was there

i hardly think i'm cool buddy i just wanted to further irritate a bunch of kids desperate to win that set of headphones. besides the thing you quoted was not even about the earphones but about mousseau so i have no idea what your problem is
