no offence but i found it extreamly boring. i think you could have made it a lot more exciting. the titles were ugly as hell. and you have a lot at the heads and tails of your clips that you didnt need...

it just seems you need to work from a script more for your voice over, and speak more naturally.

and the whole time i was waiting for the obvious, cringe-worthy plug NS got, as well as tom wallisch and travelling circus.

and it did come.

and it was cringe-worthy. it just shows a biased persepective, which isn't good in a documentary. kinda like an 8th grade research paper on skiing.

oh and pull in your titles slowly, by like 10% over the duration. itll look way better.


HAVING SAID THAT

if this was something for school, i'm sure you'd do pretty well. i didn't find it as boring as the two above, just a little obvious and annoying. if however, i wasn't part of the industry, it might have struck me as more intriguing

i think you have something good here...though your 5 hours of editing really shows, it seems like a rough draft of a final paper for lack of better words...your narration could use a little work, and just a question...how come so many falls? it seems like all your shots of your buddies are almost all fall shots, just something i noticed...anyways i do like how you provide information on many different parts of skiing.

if i were a critic id give it 3 out of 5 stars.

 It was good. A few of the clips were quite dodgey but the rest was good. I liked the interview with Chris Anthony, Actually I found the video on facebook from Chris.  The first Plug of NS though was a little weird with the whole there's not much use for freestyle skiers thing..

How'd it go in class anyway?

im not sure what you mean at 4:30 about skiers not being courteous and sportsman like, and it doesnt really go with the clips your showing. if i were going to try to make that point then i would get a clip of some guy cutting another off or snaking in front of another to drop in.

im sorry. i dont want to be a dick, butl i didnt like it.
