story behind this one:
I went for a tour a BC, not that i would get in there/want to go there i went with a friend nohomo but anyways i couldnt even pay attention to the kid that was giving us the tour while he was explaining the "million dollar staircase"
this is the best pic i could find of it, that rail extends up 2 more similar flights

I can't believe i've never seen this in any action sport movie, this is the US Post Office in Manhattan. Thee are about a dozen of these all around tha building and at one point there are three side-by-side.
