me and my buddy are gunna get into brewing our own beer at home. we have no experience at all, and have no fucking clue what to do. were gunna go to a brew store and talk to them, but

does anyone on here brew their own beer, that can give me some tips on equitment and stuff

This guy in my biology class had a book that was like "how to brew your own beer" or something like that. You should look for it because I think it can be pretty bad for you if you fuck it up.

my brother in law brews and sells his own beer. he has there entire garage turned into a little brewery . the only thing i know is that he started with the little mr.beer kit from like bed bath and beyond. i guess a would say start there before you really dive deep into it cuz it takes a shitload of work and money

Somewhat related, me and my roomate brew our own wine. Just take some grape juice concentrate, sugar, water and yeast, add it all together, let it sit in a jug for about three weeks. Let it settle some/ filter and settle more. Its not too bad. Fairly dry too. Drunk off it toonight.

i got some buddies that work at the brewery in my town and theyve been just stealing grain and yeast and shit and brewing up all there own shit at home im gona sit in on the next brew sesh and see how it all goes down they do it all the time it takes quite a bit of work to get a good product on your own

I got a Mr Beer for my birthday, have not tried brewing that yet.  My buddies made some at the party house and it was potent shit, didnt taste great didnt taste bad though but it was strong as fuck.  Made for some pretty fun parties.  I will let you know how my Mr Beer experience goes

Get a book by Charlie Papazian at a half price books somewhere, the guy is a homebrewing god. He will teach you everything. My addiction to this craft is pretty bad:

me and few of my friends distil our own spirits, not quite top shelf but you miz them with coke or something else and you can hardly tell the dif. not to hard either, aslong as you have a couple hours of free time evey week you can save money over the long run... dependant on how much you drink...

i know someone that does it. you just have to make sure everything is steril all the time but other than that it seems pretty easy

you can go to a big booze store and they will sell kits on how to make it
its pretty much water sugar and yeast and then you have to boil it and you then just change around what kind of sugar or yeast and the amounts you use to make it perfect

and it takes awhile to make its not somthjing you just make in a day its liek a three week process

well we bought equitment for $150, and the ingredents for brewing. we started today, i think it all went well. only time will tell.

But just go to a brewery store and ask for tips unless you have a specific question you won't learn much here.
