Replying to Is this a suspendable offence?

So a couple of schools in our county have gotten out with the Swine Flu. So, Sunday evening my friend posted that he had the swine flu as his status on Facebook (he legit thought he had it, but it turned out just to be a bad sinus infection). So someone either snitched on him or the school looked at his Facebook, and come Monday morning the administrators called him to the office and told him they have suspended him out of school for 2 days. I think this is bullshit for the school to do this, what does NS think?
