Leathal Decent Warrenty

I just realized that the water proofing on the inside of my jacket is ripping apart. there is no actual holes in the jacket but the water proof liner is ripped up. I have no idea how to go about warrantying it or if i even can. I bought it off jiberish but now it is no more so I really don't know what to do. Some help would be nice.

if they have a phone number call, or shoot them an e-mail. im guessing those are your best bets
