ok so tomorrow ( 18 hours ) i giong to take a urin test for THC in my urin. I have allready been busted once.

so its 10 days ago, and its the fist time in half a year. Ive heard that i should drink alot of water, and not work out. but the problem is that i have been working out untill yeasterday. SRY I NEEED HELP !

please please help me!

Drink water and cranberry juice. if you pound a whole bunch of water before the test, your piss will be all water and the test will be inconclusive, at least you buy some time before another test.

my friend had a similar thing, he drank a fuck load of water. and like on the day they tested him but said his urine wasnt concentrated enough to really give a good result but came up neg. so fuckin drink that water

dude it might not even show up. If it's really the first time in like 6 months you shouldn't have a problem. Some good 'ol water will probably do the trick.

cranberry juice, water and pickle juice.  and if you can pick up some niacin. you can get it at your local pharmacy and it will clean your system out!!! and drink lots of pickle juice.... good luck

thc is fat soluble, i.e its stored in your fat, so the more fat you burn (working out) the better chance you have, running is probably the best thing to do, and drink water

drink the fuck outta some water
drink until you dont know if you can hold any more down, just slam glass after glass

buy a half gallon of crnaberry juice and chug it at the counter

excersise your face off, sweat, sweat more, then drink more, WAY more, then sit in a sauna

if its your first time in awhile i dont think it usually shows though

agreed. that stuff will make you pee more times than you will in two weeks in one day. Drink a ton of water. But be careful, if youre piss is completely clear they will probably think you dilluted, which could put you up for more testing or even take a blood test, which you WILL fail. So eat peanut butter the day of the test. This will help make your piss yellow even though it should be clear. I think its also Vitamin C..or B. Hope this helps bro.

If its only once in the past year, you might get luck. However, and Im not usually one to say this, your probably fucked. It is all completely your fault, so sack up and take some responsibility for your own actions. If you knew the consequences and have already been busted before, why the fuck do it again?

Something people don't usually know...

Piss midstream. I've heard that the highest concentrations of the urine with THC are released at the start of your peeing. I don't know why, maybe it has to do with densities. But I've heard that if you start peeing, then fill up your cup, you'll have a better chance of passing.

Oh and someone already said it but just drink a large amount of water before your test to try and dilute it so much that the results are null and you have to test again when you are sure you're clean.

Yah, thats the dumbest thing i have ever heard..dont work out? You want to sweat out most of your bodily fluids and burn some of the fat because it is stored there. Working out and drinking a LOT of pickle juice *because it has small traces of niacin in it, wich detox's your system* works second best. But the best thing to do is either a detox system or straight Niacin, wich will give you like..rashes? red blotches on your skin, but you will be clean.

lots of water and cranberry juice and other juices. try and get your hands on some niacin, take like 10 pills right when you get it and take 10 like 6 hours later and 10 in the morning. its going to suck you are going to itch, burn and feel hot but it will work.

I dont know about that man. I took 30 days off to try to get clean for a job, and it never happened. However, I can say Ive probably smoked 350 out of 365 days a year for over 7 years now.

Drink as much water as possible without getting water poisoning, you'll pass but they will make you take it again in a week cause itwill be clear, and by then you'll be A-ok (what a fucking gay phrase).

yea thats true, also make sure it isn't your first piss of the day. So if your appointment is early in the morning you need to get up early and piss a couple of times before you take the test.
