Buy/sell/trade rating system

I realize the amount of complaints that the mods get from the buy/sell/trade forum must be enormous. So instead of having a thread with all the good buyers and sellers why not create a rating system just for that forum. Every member could have a rating system like feedback on ebay. When you deal with someone you leave feedback and rate how the deal went. So when someone else wants to buy/sell/trade they can check that persons feedback and see if they are reliable. I realize this system would have its flaws but i just wanted to try to save the mods some grief

To sell, you must put in your address, PayPal email address, and phone number.  That would be a good addition to the feedback stuff.  We do have a feedback link already.  There should be a plus or minus, for sale: + for legit, - for scam.  Down at NS they should verify your phone with a text or call.  Local police department number, that way if you do get scammed they might stop by and give a talk to the scammer.  I don't know if that made sense.  People leaving feedback and + or - rating should be a verified purchaser too.  I don't know if that made sense.

Same. If someone has no feedback what so ever/ or bad feedback though than I just make sure they have pictures of the actual item and make sure to get their cell phone number, name, and address. And if they have good feedback than I just trust them a little more and am not as worried. I have never had a bad transaction this way and I have bought some expensive stuff on here.
