Mounting Skis

Hypothetical question here, anyone with some knowledge about it would be much appreciated.

Say I bought a pair of skis mounted center for a 26.5 boot, but I rock a 28.5 boot, would I need to remount, or could I just mess with the settings to make it fit right?

Depends on the bindings, and how they were mounted by the previous tech.

Yep. If the bindings were mounted for a 26.5 chances are you can make your boots fit, but chances also are that the bindings weren't meant to be ridden in that range. Plus if you want true center you're gonna be back 1 cm.
