Replying to How do i go about making a water-ski bike? +K

So yesterday i posted about ideas for what to do with a old kids bike, and i have chosen to make water-ski bike to be towed behind a boat. We have a basic outline but we need some NS help on how to go about making this thing real. +K for constructive answers, useful hints, and good Website links.
