Season as a ski bum in Sun Peaks

Hi, same here we are planing on arriving in January but It has proven difficult to get any info, we have no Idea where to stay, have you had any luck?

January/Feb is probably the best time to come as it doesn't get to cold like in the Rockies. It can get busy but is way better than holiday break. Snow is usually pretty good and if your lucky you will get a decent pow day. As for lodging If you are looking for something cheaper the Cahilty or SP lodge are good, but if you want something a little fancier than the Grand is good. The Residents is awesome if you are looking for a couple bedroom but if you want a smaller room just stay in the Grand and save the money. Keep in mind the Grand is being renovated and prices may change but if you are willing to spend the money it is worth it for the most part and right beside the lifts. I will also reccomend Mt Morrisey for cruisers or if you like moguls you can check out West Morrisey, It is usually less busy than the main lifts. If there is some fresh snow West Bowl has some great runs to although they aren't very steep if thats what your interested in. Well goodluck with your trip. Happy Skiing
