What color tall tee

i have a pair of red pants and a pair of black cammo.

Depends on your jacket and pants. Personally I'd keep it simple and go black 6xl and white 4xl

I'd buy a white longsleeve in 6XL and a orange tee in 5 or 4 XL.

What has this world come to, Need help from around the world/country on choosing the colour of tee shirt, Personally, the fact that you are wearing a Tall T is sic, who cares if it suits, Try be rageous and get non matching colours. my opinion
