i heard that if you get busted with lsd they can give you some charge like "conspiracy to overthrow the government" or some fucked up shit, anybody else heard this?

Apparently you can get attempted manslaughter on a shroom dealing charge because its technically poison.  Not sure if thats true though.

The manslaughter thing is a myth. I beleive that once they tried to pull that charge on somebody that they caught, and the jury found him guilty of possesion of a schedule 1 controlled substance, but not the attempted manslaughter. Think about it, if that were the case, they would be able to put away coke and heroin dealers for life without problem, but very very few of them actually get life in prison

Remember, when you're injecting LSD, roll the spliff as tight as possible to make sure it fits in your vein. Also, have a friend be there to scare you and make sudden movements to calm you down if you start to freak out.

second-ummmm no, acid is right up there with marijuanna for the drugs with the highest overdose ammount to normal dose ammount ratio. Acid can activate schitzophrenia to those who are predisposed to it.

False. Completely false. I got hemmed up with 8 of them in HS and I got manufactured distribution of a controlled substance in a school or park zone...a few years of probation and I was off by my senior year. obviously it helped that i was a minor, but i asked my lawyer about all of that jazz and he squashed it pretty quickly.

A kid at my university just stabbed himself to death while he was on shrooms 4 days ago. Not really relevant but it scared the hell outta me and I'm not doing shrooms with that in my head any time soon.

Actually possesion of LSD is 3-5 becasue of its  permenant effects on the brain, Also the possesion of 2 ecstacy or more will result in attempted man slaughter.

its all good man...... my buddy got caught with like 20 hits....... but the report said there was only like 5 or 10...... but he got a lawyer and only had to do 2 weekends of community service and a 6-12month probationary period.... then hes off tha hook.... and people kept telling him that it was 5 yrs for every hit.... thats bull...... n he said that at his court thing the judge was like oh lsd..... (in like oh i remember doing that it was fun)........so ull b all good

LSD
Early efforts focused on LSD, which later came to dominate many of MK-ULTRA's programs.
Experiments included administering LSD to CIA employees, military personnel, doctors, other government agents, prostitutes, mentally ill patients, and members of the general public in order to study their reactions. LSD and other drugs were usually administered without the subject's knowledge and informed consent, a violation of the Nuremberg Code that the U.S. agreed to follow after World War II.
Efforts to "recruit" subjects were often illegal, even discounting the fact that drugs were being administered (though actual use of LSD, for example, was legal in the United States until October 6, 1966). In Operation Midnight Climax, the CIA set up several brothels to obtain a selection of men who would be too embarrassed to talk about the events. The men were dosed with LSD, and the brothels were equipped with one-way mirrors and the "sessions" were filmed for later viewing and study.[21]
Some subjects' participation was consensual, and in many of these cases, the subjects appeared to be singled out for even more extreme experiments. In one case, volunteers were given LSD for 77 consecutive days.[22]
LSD was eventually dismissed by MK-ULTRA's researchers as too unpredictable in its results.[1] Although useful information was sometimes obtained through questioning subjects on LSD, not uncommonly the most marked effect would be the subject's absolute and utter certainty that they were able to withstand any form of interrogation attempt, even physical torture.
