well it doesnt help that it cuts off at :36. Its either a cork or d-spin. hard to tell considering we see the first 20 milliseconds of the clip

im pretty sure that is NOT a misty. he throws it backwards. its cork, or d-spin if you want (because he goes upsidedown)

Misty is thrown down and forward, this is thrown back. Looks like a slightly over corked cork 5. So basically... D-spin 5 ish thing
