I'm having one problem that maybe some of you could help me out with. Whenever I slide the rail i get alot of edge and its kinda loud...but somepeople i see slide them slide perfectly on the base of their skiis, and its like silent. Any tips to achieve this?

I got boxes down good, but i can never nail rails. I think my problem may be in the approach. on the rails that are built in to the lip of the jump do you approach it straigt on, so that your dick is going straight at it and then hop up and turn 90 or do you approach it a little to the side and hope up. I know one I can get on I can slide them but the getting on is really hard. and I can't jsut slide on because the end of the rail always sticks up a little above the rail so if I don't pop high enough I will catch and edge and eat shit. Can some one give me some good advice and instructions of how to get on tm rails with good balance so I can stay on. Thanks!!!!

come straight up to the rail with it directly between your skis. make sure you get a good pop otherwise it's harder to get locked on the rail.. when i was learning it was much easier for me to grease the entire rail if i was going faster, once you get them dialed you can start slowing it down

I can slide rails but I don't have any real style or anything. Just makesure you keep even pressure on both skis and keep them at shoulder width or wider and don't edge to keep your forward-backward balance, and don't flail your arms or anything or crouch down and then stand back up again unless it's kinked because then you'll lose your side to side balance...

The biggest thing though is HAVE ENOUGH SPEED, KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE END OF THE RAIL, AND FOR GODS SAKE DON'T BE A PUSSY AND WIMP OUT HALFWAY THROUGH! That's how you nut/castrate yourself ya know...
