Has anyone orderd from the www.skiershop.com webshop, iv'e sent them 2 emails but i have't got any response... i realy would like to order but are they serious

i rather not call the because i live in sweden. My concern was the shipping costs, and will the get the order if they don't replay e-mails

email usuall isnt that effective because of the shear amount that they get, i asked them a question via email and it took 2 months to reply
